Thanks to all our supporters in Sudan, Egypt, Chad, the US and anyplace else you may be! It is very encouraging to get such support from the people we are trying to help. And we appreciate your patience; when all your members and Board work for free, and they work other jobs and very often also go to school, you cannot move as quickly as nonprofits with paid staff can.
But we are nearly done with a final application to the Kentucky state government; if this application is accepted, we will begin a fundraising campaign on Facebook in the Louisville, Kentucky area. We also hope to resume our clothing and household supplies collection. The Board has planned on applying to other states in the near future so that we may ask for donations from Facebook users in other US cities.
