DOHS is preparing a package of these T-shirts and jackets for new arrivals in Illinois.
Once we get shoe and pants sizes, we’ll be sending out a follow up shipment to them. DOHS is also preparing to assist new arrivals in Kentucky, Ohio and Nebraska. We have already sent out copies of our guide to life in the US to refugees in Kansas, Illinois and Nebraska, and you can read it here on our website (just go to the top of the page and click on “Guides for Refugees”).
