Thanks to our many generous donors, we were able to go to three different centers in El Geniena, West Darfur State, Sudan for people displaced by the attacks on the Kerending Camps in January. Displaced told us they wanted clothes and footwear from us more than anything else, so that is what we provided.
Since there is still money coming in, staff on-site are preparing for yet another aid distribution. Your money will buy aid from markets in Darfur, which we will give to those forced from their homes by the January 16-19, 2021 attacks on El Geneina and environs.
